Standard configurations
Products manufactured after the order using only standard options offered in our online store, such as a standard truck model, one of our standard product colours, a standard TTI logo or a standard logo colour, are not automatically considered personalised solely because a large number of possible combinations is available.
Where such a product does not contain any customer-specific content or non-standard modification, an eligible consumer may exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and general fit of the product. Installation, driving with the product, exposure to dirt, smoke or moisture, permanent attachment, cutting, drilling, gluing or other modification may result in a justified deduction from the refund.
Personalised and individually specified products
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where the final product contains or is manufactured using:
- the customer’s own logo, image or graphic;
- a personal name, nickname, registration number or custom text;
- customer-specific measurements;
- a non-standard colour, material, layout or modification;
- an individually requested logo size, placement or design that is not part of our standard online offer;

another specification created specifically for the individual customer.
Where customer-specific embroidery, quilting, text or graphics are permanently integrated into a product, the exclusion applies to the entire finished product and not only to the personalised element.
TTI may voluntarily accept a cancellation before individual production begins, but only after written confirmation from TTI.
