Shipping, Order, and Returns Policy

Delivery and Shipping

Ordered goods are delivered quickly, safely, and reliably by our contractual partners:
GLS for shipments within the European Union, and DHL for deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries.

For purchases within Slovenia, we charge a shipping fee ranging from 5 – 12 EUR.
For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after selecting the destination country.
Packaging and handling are not charged separately.

All products are dispatched as soon as possible.
Since most of our products are hand-made and custom-produced, the estimated production and delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your payment, depending on the current number of orders.

If you wish to confirm the expected delivery time before placing your order, please contact us or request a personalized quote.
You can track the status of your order under My Account once your order is shipped.

If any ordered item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will inform you by email or phone.
Delivery time outside Slovenia depends on the destination country and the efficiency of the local postal or courier service.

In case of any delivery issues or visible transport damage, please contact the respective courier (GLS or DHL) immediately and also inform us at taptruckinterior@gmail.com so that we can assist with resolving the situation.


Order Limit and Resale Policy

Each customer may place a maximum of 10 products per order.
Resale or commercial redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Tap Truck Interior / Tap Mlinarič d.o.o.

We reserve the right to cancel, without prior notice, any order that exceeds this limit, appears to be a bulk or reseller purchase, or otherwise raises suspicion of commercial resale.

Custom-Made and Personalized Products

All our truck interior products are custom-made to order based on the customer’s chosen model, configuration, color, materials, and optional embroidery or logos.

All products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced according to the customer’s specifications (for example, items with logos, embroidery, custom colors, truck-specific layouts, or other personalized details) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

By placing an order for a custom-made product, the customer expressly agrees that production may begin immediately and acknowledges that the right to withdraw from the contract is forfeited once production has started.

Please ensure that all customization details (such as truck model, logo design, color, material, or seat type) are correct before confirming your order.


Right of Withdrawal (for non-custom products)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, only for non-custom, non-personalized products.

To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement (by email or post) to:

You may use the withdrawal form template (available upon request), though it is not mandatory.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days, using the same payment method as in your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, including a copy of the invoice.
We do not accept shipments sent cash-on-delivery (COD).
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.


Additional Notes

All concluded contracts (orders) are securely stored in written form at the business premises of Tap Mlinarič d.o.o., Vitan 1, 2276 Kog, Slovenia.
Customers may request a written copy of their contract at any time.
